Recent Announcements
Color printer in ALS 3029 is repaired. We have learned some lessons based on our experience with this repair. They apply to both the color and black-and-white laser printers:

Please do not use paper other than the type in the printer unless it is pre-approved by cssnethelp.

Do not clear paper jams by yourself. Send a message to cssnethelp for assistance. This may be inconvenient, but less so than having the printer broken again. It apparently is not that hard to seriously damage the printers.

The following are our current projects.  Each category has been assigned a rating of 1 - 3 in priority with 1 the highest.

Current Projects

1) Computer Setups – Isabel Vales, Russ Karow, Jay Noller, Carol Garbacik, Crops Accounting, Mary Staben, Gary Stephenson

1) Equipment orders - Monitor - Staben, Ilink card- Cassidy

1) Work with Microsoft on Tablet cloning issues.

2) Computer Upgrades – Jay Noller HD install

2) Wireless Network Upgrades (Crops, ALS, Hyslop - need to send maps for wireless coverage of ALS building and Crops ASAP so work can begin

2) Continue moving users from agro1 to the new agro cluster.

3) Monitor installs – Isabel Vales, Carol Mallory-Smith, Daryl Ehrensing, Arnold Appleby

3) Computer Lab Upgrade - Crops 240 - all computers are to be replaced with computers purchased from IS. Complete Crops 150 installation.

3) Digital imaging of materials for classes - hardware, software, applications

3) Data Transfer – archiving Jolliff materials

3) Mobile Digital Classroom setup – Noller Technology Resource Fund grant
