OSU Crop Science Club
The purpose of the OSU Crop Science Club is to provide a
medium for study, investigation, and discussion of problems
related to technical farm crops and crop problems of the farm. It
also provides a chance to promote a closer acquaintance among
students engaged in farm crop work

Fall Term 1996
- Sold pumpkins and cookbooks written by the club as
fundraisers.
- Sent 5 members to the annual ASA (Am Soc. of Agronomy)
meetings in Indiana.
- Sent 3 members to the annual Crops Contest in Kansas
City and Chicago
Winter Term 1997
- Did various fundraisers four our spring break trip
Spring Break 1997
- Traveled to Mississippi, Alabama, and Louisiana for
industry tour and sightseeing
Spring Term 1997
- Participated in the annual OSU College of Ag Days
- Hosted BBQ for Hyslop Farm Field Days
- Hosted a BBQ and Volleyball tournament for the CSS
students and staff
