Use the OSU on-line information system to obtain an up-to-date class list for your class. You can download the list to a spreadsheet for your grade book if you like. Instructions for obtaining the list:

1. click on the following web link
2. http://oregonstate.edu/facultystaff/
3. choose employee on-line services in the left hand column
4. enter your ID (SSN) and GAP (If this is the first time you have used this system, your GAP is your 6-digit date of birth mmddyy. You will then be asked to change your GAP to another 6-digit number)
5. click on Login and choose Faculty Services
6. select the term and the CRN (you will only see courses for which you are the instructor of record)
7. you can then get a summary class list, detail class list, or download the class list
