Minnesota Small Grains Page: An excellent source of production and marketing information over a wide range of specific topics
GrainGenes is an extensive USDA database containing information on cultivars, genetic mapping, grain quality, and pathology for grains throughout the United States. GrainGenes is a good source for information about both older and recent varieties. For example, there is acreage data for 'Prohibition', an Oregon soft white winter wheat, dating back to 1919.
