Purpose
  1. Discussions, not always lectures
  2. Basic understanding of the principles of potato production
  3. Optimum integration of nutrition, water, tillage, pest control, variety selection, seed production, storage, processing, etc.

Meeting Time and Place: MWF, 9 - 9:50 AM and T 12-12:50, Room 122 Crop Science Building

Class Description: Principles and practices governing all aspects of potato production, storage and use. PREREQ: CSS 300 or equivalent; CSS 305.

An overview of potato biology and production principles common to the Pacific Northwest.
