Friday, February 27	Varieties, continued – fresh, chipping, frozen processing, specialty; roles of starch, sugar in processing
Monday, March 1	Field preparation; tillage, fertilization, herbicides, systemic insecticides, etc.
Tuesday, March 2	Preparing seed, planting, concurrent operations – herbicides, insecticides for wireworms, etc.
Wednesday, March 3	Planting to emergence; emergence to “layby”
