CSS 460/560 Seed Production

Seed Plan

Seed Plan is a term project designed to teach students the skills required to plan production of a seed crop. Students are expected to work in small groups on the seed plans. The groups will be chosen by the instructor. The Seed Plan will include information on management practices, certification requirements, enterprise budgets, etc. Each group will submit a written report. Each group will also be expected to present an oral report on their plan using the media of their choice. Grading of your plan will be based on the results of team effort. Details on preparation of the Seed Plan are illustrated in the Guide to Successful Seed Plans.
