Breeding. Can be downloaded free of charge. Wyman Nyquist's notes on statistical genetics were written
for a course taught at Purdue University from 1972 to 1998. The main focus
of the course was to provide the theoretical framework for designing

postgraduate courses in Animal Breeding: Quantitative Genetics in Animal
Breeding, taught by Lynch and Walsh (ppt files are a bit scrambled due
to Mac incompatabilities, but lecture notes are good) More quantitative genetics resources from Lynch and Walsh. Links are
provided for the drafts of Chapters of their second book, "Evolution
and Selection of Quantitative Traits", but I can't get the pdf files
to download.
