Clone Bank Entries

The deadline for minitubers order is on February 15, 2008. We have limited greenhouse space and so need your orders by this deadline. Orders placed after the deadline but may not be completely filled, or filled at all, because of inadequate lead time for increases from nodal cuttings. Minitubers ordered this winter and produced during summer will be available for delivery by December 2008. A license must be in place before tubers of PVPed varieties are released.

The list of materials available at this time is shown below. PNW varieties that are PVPed and for which you must have a license through The Potato Variety Management Institute (PVMI) are listed with bold & underlined. Umatilla Russet requires a license available through OSU . We may have several experimental lines available for testing under a material transfer agreement. Check our Oregon Foundation Potato Seed Program website for information on experimental lines in mid-to-late January.

Clonal materials that can be ordered through the Oregon Foundation Potato Seed Program.

The Oregon FPSP maintains more than 70 entries in vitro in our clone bank. The following entries are available for tissue culture plantlets production. Since we have limited space advanced clones & varieties listed on the left column will have priorities as listed for Pre-nuclear minitubers production.
