STORAGE STABILITY: Fair (retained 53% of original alpha acids after 6 months at room temperature
OIL: 2.15 ml/100 g (10-year range 1.0 to 2.9 ml/100 g); H/C - 2.91; humulene = 17.1; contains some farnesene
MAJOR TRAITS: Pleasant; aroma similar to established European aroma hops.
OTHER INFORMATION: This hop was developed as an aroma hop but it has failed to be accepted by the trade thus far. No significant acreage of Buket is in commercial production to this date (1997).
