11th International Turfgrass Research Conference

The International Turfgrass Society (ITS) encourages research and education in turfgrass science, and promotes personal communication among the international community of turfgrass researchers by organizing international conferences to present turfgrass research and information on all phases of turfgrass production and use.

International Grassland and Rangeland Conference

29 June - 5 July, 2008. Location: Hohhot, China.
IGC and IRC have met together, for the first time ever, to allow an international exchange and discussion on the multi-function of grasslands and rangelands in a changing world. This will be a significant milestone in the history of IGC and IRC, and in research and development of grasslands and rangelands. China, with its breathtaking scenery and outstanding hospitality, is proud to host this event.

Biodiversity and animal feed – future challenges for grassland production

June 9 - 12, 2008. Location: Uppsala, Sweden.
22nd General Meeting of the European Grassland Federation. The programme will offer plenary, parallel and poster sessions as well as mid-conference tours. Master Classes will be organised for young scientists. A major multidisciplinary Swedish research programme ‘Management of Seminatural Grasslands – Economy and Biodiversity (HagmarksMistra)’ will present final reports during the meeting.
