The Paul R. Pugh Grass Seed Endowment Fund was established to provide a resource of flexible funds for the Department of Crop and Soil Science to allocate for the teaching, research and Extension programs that will have the ability toimpact the grass seed industry of Oregon.
This fund was established by Paul R. Pugh, an OSU gradute from on OSU family. Paul's father graduated from OAC in 1903. Other graduates in Paul's family are a sister, (another also attended), his son, daughter and grandson. Paul's wife Helen andher two brothers and sister are also OSU graduates.
