How to submit a bug to the Insect ID Clinic:

1. Send bugs live (add paper towels for cushioning) or preserved in alcohol (rubbing alcohol is OK). 
2. Screw cap is best for liquids- film canisters often pop open in transit.
3. Place containers in a sturdy box.
4. Include your name and address in the inside of the box.
5. Print the Submission form
6. Fill in the form and send it with the insect to:
