The Oregon State University Weed Science Group conducts basic and applied
research and extension programs in partnership with Oregon growers, the
agricultural industry and public agencies.

Research and extension efforts
promote the adoption of weed management strategies that improve profitability of
agronomic cropping systems while assuring environmental safety.

strives to provide innovative, practical, and regionally adapted solutions to
weed management problems that challenge production of Oregon’s diverse crops.
